Hi Everybody, there is a great article in Pet Style News August Issue about Baby Sounds For Pets on page 66. You can also read it here! We met the editors of the magazine in Baltimore at the Pet Trade show for new products on the market place for Pets! They loved Baby Sounds For Pets as a way to help pets adjust to a new baby in minimal time.

Kristen Overdurf Abud of Fred Wear, Inc., came up with an interesting idea when she was faced with the necessity of preparing her Chihuahua Fred and cat Pasha for the arrival of her baby. Her, Cd Baby Sounds for Pets, contains seven tracks of sounds made by babies, ranging from "Baby Talk" to "Baby Temper Tantrum". "It's so simple to use, and it makes a huge difference for a mom and dad that are getting ready for a baby", she says. "It's not something that someone would necessarily put on their registry, but they think about it and they go, 'Oh my God, I have to find that'".

For Overdurf Abud, Baby Sounds for Pets is about more than just making sure pets are comfortable. "When you get pregnant, the first thing that happens is your safety monitor goes off in your head," she says. " A lot of people panic and they get rid of their pets. This helps to keep the pets in the family, knowing that the animal can adjust.
